We unfortunately had a pipe burst in the winter and had a very frustrating time with our homeowners insurance. Core Contractors handled the entire project with professionalism and Levi was excellent with communication throughout the entire claim. The repair looks better than it did before! One of the contractors accidentally took our ladder that was the same brand that they used, and they quickly returned it back to us with no issues. We would recommend Core Contractors!

Outstanding Company.Had the unfortunate need to bring multiple contractors in for various small to large repairs on house over past couple of years. The worst part is trying to find a solid contractor that is honest, reliable, and timely. Core Contractors LLC is certainly all that. They were responsive, honest, and they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it while staying in budget. Not only were they all the above, a few weeks after project completion, and out of the blue, they sent us a thank you basket with all kinds of baked goods (good ones too). Who does that? After all the bad experiences with other contractors, all my future projects will be no bid with Core.

I worked with Levi Stearns (Core contractors) on replacing our entire main room flooring around February 2024 and only have positive things to say about him and all the businesses, professionals and suppliers that he set us up with. We are very happy with the quality of work they did on our project. They were all extremely professional and kept all the original scheduling commitments without any delays whatsoever (that too during peak pipe burst season).During our first meet, when Levi was there to quote, we found him to be very honest and friendly. He was transparent and up front about each item in our cost estimate, was flexible and reasonable with scheduling timelines and explained to us about any unexpected costs or delays that might pop up. As first time homebuyers, after meeting with few contractors, we had pretty much made up our mind then itself to go with Levi (and core contractors). During the project, he kept us in the loop at every step, was always available to answer all our questions with patience, educating us along the way to make sure we were making informed decisions rather than him doing it for us.I would definitely recommend Levi and Core contractors for their quality of work, honesty and transparency, and most of all setting up and keeping scheduling timelines as committed.

Due to the severe cold weather in Jan of this year, we had a pipe burst in our ceiling and caused a huge amount of water damage to our living room and bedroom. We were not in the house at the time and the water ran for several days. We were put in touch with Core Contractors who provided the repair and replacement of ceilings/walls and managed the overseeing of several sub-contractors. Cannot say enough about their dedication and commitment to us as the customer. Their promptness in answering questions and having meetings once a week to go over any concerns or issues was beyond expectations.
