We hired Beau to re-build our 14 x 18 deck. He was respectful and listened to what we wanted to do. We wanted to save costs by keeping the deck support system in place. He was up front with us and rd us what needed to be done. He also mentioned a fee things I could do to save costs. Beau and crew did a great job reinforcing the support structure to make sure it is sturdy and solid. He toOk time to get the support system level. The finished product looks amazing. He also helped coordinate materials we needed.

We hired Core Contractors to refinish our oak floors, which included lacing in new boards to repair damaged sections, sanding, staining, and sealing. I honestly cannot tell where the original floorboards end and the new ones begin because the match is so seamless and perfect. They also replaced all of our baseboards, maintaining the period-appropriate style. This was one thing that really made Core Contractors stand out vs the other GCs that we spoke with. They showed professionalism in the way they stayed true to our vision rather than trying to upsell us on something we didn't want.In addition to the hardwood floors, Core Contractors also carpeted our stairs, a hallway, and two bedrooms. The carpet installation was done with the same level of precision and quality we saw with the hardwood flooring.The efficiency of their team was incredible. They completed all the hardwood flooring work in just four days, and the carpeting was finished in a single day. From our initial outreach to the full completion of the project, everything was wrapped up in about three weeks, which is an amazing turnaround for such extensive work. Shout out to Roman and Caroline for perfectly weaving the work into our moving schedule.If you're looking for a GC that delivers exceptional quality, transparent pricing, and impressive speed, look no further than Core Contractors. Just completed a 6 month restoration project with Core. We have a rental property that had a lot of damage due to a leak going undetected for quite a while. I could not be happier that we went with Core for the entire restoration. They made every effort to accommodate our tenant throughout the process. To help me navigate supply delays with viable alternatives to keep things moving forward in a timely manner. As well as dealing directly with my insurance company in trying to get a fair payout to do the work needed. They have a great team from Bao, Caroline & Anna in the office taking my constant phone calls to our project manager Tyler, who was always reachable and quick to respond and explain what was going on and what I could expect to be happening.I highly recommend using Core Contractors. Core Contractors was assigned to us through our water mitigation company after a bathroom shower drain failure caused water damage. We weren’t sure what to expect going in, but Tyler quickly earned our trust with his clear communication and knowledgeable approach. He walked us through the process and was always available to answer questions, which helped reduce some of the stress. The office team was also efficient and easy to work with, keeping things on track and well-organized. Core contractors was amazing. We had a tree fall on our house during the bomb cyclone of November 2024. We were able to get in contact with core contractors and between Josh and Roman they got our roof tarped to be safe, coordinated everything through insurance. The roofers were very efficient and courteous and clean and got our roof taken care of very quickly. The siding subcontractors were very much the same and took very good care of us. Roman and Josh kept us in the loop constantly we were always updated as to what's happening and when. Whenever we had questions they were readily available and had the answers for us. I feel like we struck gold with core contractors. They were so helpful in such a stressful time. We could not have asked for anymore. I would recommend core contractors to anyone for any of your general contracting needs.

We had a burst pipe that caused water damage inside the wall, which led to damaged floors and parts of the wall needing to be removed and dried out. After that, Roman and his team from Core Contractors came in to help with the repairs.Roman was great to work with—he communicated well and helped deal with the insurance company, which made things easier for us (even though we were still a bit involved). There were some challenges with the initial estimates, but he stayed on top of it and helped sort things out.Their flooring team did a really nice job. Even though the whole project took longer than we expected, we’re happy with the final result and really love how the new floors turned out. Overall, a solid experience working with Roman and Core Contractors.

Working with Core Contractors is a pleasure. My project is a complicated one. The hardwood floor was soaked and needed to be repaired and refinished. Bathrooms had to be restored, plus drywall and footboard repairs. Core coordinated all the visits. The teams were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The paint/coating is water based and the smell went away within a couple of days. The floor refinish is beautiful as shown in the picture.

Outstanding Company.Had the unfortunate need to bring multiple contractors in for various small to large repairs on house over past couple of years. The worst part is trying to find a solid contractor that is honest, reliable, and timely. Core Contractors LLC is certainly all that. They were responsive, honest, and they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it while staying in budget. Not only were they all the above, a few weeks after project completion, and out of the blue, they sent us a thank you basket with all kinds of baked goods (good ones too). Who does that? After all the bad experiences with other contractors, all my future projects will be no bid with Core.

I worked with Levi Stearns (Core contractors) on replacing our entire main room flooring around February 2024 and only have positive things to say about him and all the businesses, professionals and suppliers that he set us up with. We are very happy with the quality of work they did on our project. They were all extremely professional and kept all the original scheduling commitments without any delays whatsoever (that too during peak pipe burst season).During our first meet, when Levi was there to quote, we found him to be very honest and friendly. He was transparent and up front about each item in our cost estimate, was flexible and reasonable with scheduling timelines and explained to us about any unexpected costs or delays that might pop up. As first time homebuyers, after meeting with few contractors, we had pretty much made up our mind then itself to go with Levi (and core contractors). Due to the severe cold weather in Jan of this year, we had a pipe burst in our ceiling and caused a huge amount of water damage to our living room and bedroom. We were not in the house at the time and the water ran for several days. We were put in touch with Core Contractors who provided the repair and replacement of ceilings/walls and managed the overseeing of several sub-contractors.
